NAME: Tsugaru Owani traditional Japanese kokeshi

CONDITION: A little fading of the purples in front.
NOTES: Mr. Igarashi was born in 1927 and appears to be the last artist in this Tsugaru subsystem.
According to my information, this doll is the true Owani subsystem of Tsugaru. The one most commonly thought of as Owani (with the iris on front) is actually the Shimazu family line.
