Yajiro Traditional Kokeshi, 12"

NAME: Yajiro traditional Japanese kokeshi

MAKER: Keishi Niiyama

SIZE: 12"

CONDITION: Few minor dents. Substantial fading of the greens, particularly on the head as well as the purple bands at the waist. There is a small hole just below center on the front body. May have been made by a bug. (I've seen a whole book dedicated to the problems bugs can cause kokeshi).
