NAME: Togatta traditional Japanese kokeshi

MAKER: Kichisuke Agatsuma

SIZE: 14-3/8" (36.5cm)

CONDITION: Smallish dents and scratches around the right brow and on the far upper left side of the face. Multiple short horizontal dents in a vertical row on the lower right side and a few on the left. Doll must have kept falling and hitting the same things. Few minor dents elsewhere. Few small red run spots on the very bottom front, probably water damage. About an inch above that are three dark spots but they didn't run from this doll. Perhaps the color was splashed from another doll. Nothing really noticeable unless you're looking for flaws.

NOTES: Mr. Agatsuma was born in 1933.
