NAME: Modern creative Japanese kokeshi pair

MAKER: Usaburo Okamoto

SIZE: 10-1/8" & 9-3/4" (25.7 & 25cm), weight w/stand 3.25 lbs., stand is 9-1/2" x 6-1/4" x 3/4"

CONDITION: Both dolls have several mostly smaller dents. Nothing much noticeable in the front except for a dent under the left eye and on the "chin" of the male. The female has a few larger dents on her left upper head

NOTES: Usaburo is the family business name. This pair was made by Usaburo Okamoto. He was the master and patriarch until he passed in 2009 at the age of 91.

The name is Michi "道" or "Road" (traveling pair?) and comes with a stand and signature board.
