NAME: Modern creative Japanese kokeshi, lot of 2 dolls, signature boards (2)

MAKER: Usaburo Okamoto

SIZE: 12-1/4" (31.3cm), combined weight w/boards 5 lbs.

CONDITION: The camellia doll has a dent or wear on the edge of both sides of the face. The pussy willow doll has a few very light dents on the top of her head and two tiny dents along the bottom edge. She also has a little wear on the edge of her hair on the left side.

NOTES: Usaburo is the family business name. This pair was made by Usaburo Okamoto. He was the master and patriarch until he passed in 2009 at the age of 91.
