NAME: Modern creative Japanese kokeshi
MAKER: Masayuki Kaganuma
SIZE: 11-7/8" (30.1cm)
CONDITION: Few minor dents. Some wood age spots on the head and a little whitish film from the varnish aging. Doll wobbles very slightly.
NOTES: Mr. Kaganuma was born in 1936 and has won the Prime Minister Award.
Normally, flowers are pretty small on kokeshi. This is a nice large flower.
