NAME: Modern creative Japanese kokeshi
MAKER: Not signed (looks like there was a label on the bottom at one time).
SIZE: 7" (18cm)
CONDITION: Cryptomeria is a very soft wood and is prone to dents and scratches. This doll has some small dents on the sides of the head with 5 larger dents on the lower left side.
NOTES: The cryptomeria with this lovely grain grows only in one area of Japan.
