3 piece Japanese lacquerware wooden nesting bowl set sitting on a music box base. The bowls are made of lacquered wood. The music box case or base is plastic, is not lacquered and has a diameter of 4-3/4". Overall height is 5-1/2". To wind the music box, turn the bottom bowl clockwise. There is an off and on switch on the base. As the music plays, the box turns in circles. In excellent condition but without tassel. The music plays "Sakura Sakura".
