NAME: Kijiyama traditional kokeshi

MAKER: Haruo Sasaki (not signed)

SIZE: 8-3/8" (21.4cm)

CONDITION: Hairline crack on the lower right side. Couple of bug trails on the right side of the head. The dark spots around the "chin" are the wood's natural coloring.

NOTES: I received many of the same doll in different sizes. They were part of a collection in Japan. There are only signatures on several of the larger dolls. This is probably Mr. Sasaki's signature design although he also does the famous kite doll.
