NAME: Kijiyama traditional kokeshi

MAKER: Haruo Sasaki (not signed)

SIZE: 9-5/8" (24.5cm)

CONDITION: Hairline crack on the right side of the head and near the bottom, also on the right side. Small spot on the lower back with an irregularity in the wood.

NOTES: I received many of the same doll in different sizes. They were part of a collection in Japan. There are only signatures on several of the larger dolls. This is probably Mr. Sasaki's signature design although he also does the famous kite doll.
