NAME: Kijiyama traditional Japanese kokeshi

MAKER: Inoue*

SIZE: 9-1/2" (24cm)

CONDITION: A dent, a few light scratches and a hairline crack on the top of the head. Natural wood flaw in the wood at the very bottom front where bits of wood are missing on the grain and a small knot, mid back has bits of wood missing.

NOTES: *Inoue is the correct family name but the given name does not translate properly. I have seen it once stated as Myoubei but cannot confirm if this is correct. I believe that he is a self-taught Kijiyama artist.
