NAME: Kijiyama style traditional kokeshi

MAKER: 高野義照 Yoshiteru Takano*

SIZE: 13-1/8" (33.6cm)

CONDITION: Short deeper dent on the far lower right side of the face and a short wider dent on the lower front.

NOTES: Made of keyaki wood with a simple but lovely plum tree. She weighs in at approx. 2-3/4 pounds. Shipping weight will be at the 4 pound rate but will fit in a medium flat rate box.

*Translation services give the name as Yoshiteru Takano but not sure that is correct. Cannot find any info in English or Japanese by that name. He is also not listed as a registered Kijiyama maker so this might be considered a creative kokeshi in the Kijiyama style or with Kijiyama training.
