Antique Japanese Hina Court Lades, Set of 3

NAME: Antique Japanese set of three Court Ladies (Ladies in Waiting) with their appropriate accessory on stands, with original wood box.

AGE: c1920-30's

SIZE: Standing dolls are about 5-1/4" (13.3cm) tall, not including the stands. The sitting lady is 3-1/4" (8.3cm)

Crate is 16-7/8" x 8-7/8" x 5-3/8"

CONDITION: The dolls are quite dusty/dirty. The clothing on one doll has bug damage, couple of small spots and a hole, toward the back of the sleeve. This same doll has the tip of her left pinky broken.

The original wood box has bug damage on the inside of the lid.

NOTES: Their accessories are included. They were found in another doll box that came in with this. A picture has been inset.

Traditional gofun finish. The nicely carved wood hands also have the gofun finish. They have much detail, fingers, shape, etc., for being so small. Two dolls have their mouths open and one doll shows her teeth. The standing dolls are attached to the stands. The original wood box is divided for each doll.
