NAME: Yajiro traditional Japanese pull toy train with a Kendama and Daruma otoshi games

MAKER: Tsuta family, Yajiro kokeshi & toy craftsmen

SIZE: 8-1/8" (20.9cm) high, 8-7/8" (22.7cm) long

CONDITION: This is new old stock still in it's original net bag (with holes) but it is NOT mint. The main problem is, two of the original round blocks are missing and were replaced with four smaller ones. The original blocks have some dents (not necessarily the type of dents from playing) and the red one has a crack (natural wood flaw). The kendama ball also has some dents and there is light soiling from years of storage.

NOTES: Just as kokeshi craftsmen, this trade is handed down from generation to generation. The Tsuta family consists of the father Sakuzou (d1957 @ 66), son/brother Mamoru (d2009 @ 81) and Fumio, who is currently in production.
