NAME: Yajiro traditional Japanese kokeshi

MAKER: Signed

SIZE: 9-1/2" (24.3cm)

CONDITION: Few very minor dents but has water damage - a little on the front but most noticeable on the left side. A lot of it looks more like blurring than bleeding. The red over the brows and the lips are blurred and there are a couple streaks on the leaves on the bottom. On the left side, the red design by the left hair tuft and the upper body was hit. The back has a spot of red which may have come from another doll and a some of the varnish is chipping. The purple ring atop the head has some fading and there is old label residue on the bottom front.

It sound tragic but you really don't notice the flaws unless you are close and are looking for them.
