Japanese traditional Yajiro style kokeshi made by craftsman Hideyuki Sato of Kijidokoro-Sato. This doll measures 6-3/4" high with a base diameter of 1-5/16" and is NEW/mint condition. This doll is so cute and unusual as the head is the same diameter as the base (many Yajiro are made with large heads), and it is created out of one piece of wood as opposed to a separate, attached head.
