Sakunami style Kokeshi toothpick holder probably (not signed) made by 8th generation craftsman, Teruyuki Hiraga, date of birth, March 1, 1972. The Hiraga family is the "head" family in the Sakunami style kokeshi. This doll measures 3-7/8" high, not including the toothpicks and has a 1-1/2" diameter at the base. It is NEW/mint.
