Sakunami style Kokeshi by 8th generation craftsman, Teruyuki Hiraga, date of birth, March 1, 1972. The Hiraga family is the "head" family in the Sakunami style kokeshi. This doll, measuring 9-7/8" tall with a base diameter of 1-3/4", is done in the traditional colors of red and green. Condition is NEW/mint. Great basic doll!
