Very cute and rare Japanese folkcraft paper mache poodle dog. (For a little background on "paper mache" please see "definitions" under Information at left).
The legs and tail are made of bamboo and the fur is curled silk-like threads. Measures about 4-1/4" long and 3-1/2" tall.
This is inventory from a closed folkcraft store in Japan. It is new old stock and it is in excellent condition. Comes with a gift box but since it was in long term storage, the box may have dents and/or soiling.
This listing is for the tan poodle. The yellow poodles has been sold and was added so you can see the item in full.
