NAME: Narugo* traditional & creative Japanese kokeshi
MAKER: Label on bottom probably indicates maker
SIZE: 7-1/8" (18.2cm)
CONDITION: light scratches
NOTES: *Wasn't sure where to classify this doll. It is definitely a Narugo. The shape and design indicates this. The label also says it's from Narugo Town, Miyagi so it was done by a Narugo maker. However, the overall black paint and the sawdust painting is very creative. It's quite different and kind of cool!
