Modern Creative Kokeshi, Washi, 9-5/8

Modern Japanese creative kokeshi with washi (Japanese paper) applied. She measures 9-5/8" and is maker stamped on the bottom.
The purple washi has a cut out of an iris. It has some fading in the front. There are a few smaller dents on the head and a wood flaw (pitted) area on the bun. This was there during manufacture as the fine lines from the tool used for shaping can be seen on or through this area.
Very creative idea of combining two of Japan's popular folkcrafts.
