NAME: Modern creative Japanese kokeshi
MAKER: Kouson Sato (also seen the names as Koson)
SIZE: 17-3/8" (44.2cm)
CONDITION: Couple of wood age spots on the face. Other small to mid sized dents elsewhere but they are on the back or sides. Nothing traumatic.
NOTES: Ms. Kouson's kokeshi faces are easily recognizable. They are soft and gentle looking. Part of the design is carved. The main design is of beautiful autumn leaves.
