NAME: Kijiyama traditional Japanese kokeshi
MAKER: 小南三郎 Saburo Kominami*
SIZE: 8" (20cm)
CONDITION: Few minor dents and three small round dents, 1 on the lower right front and 2 on the back. The green leaves on the bottom have mostly faded.
NOTES: *Not sure if the name is translated correctly but have since seen a seller in Japan identify the maker as the same. The artist is listed officially as a Kijiyama craftsman, and I also believe that he is self-taught.
