Drummer Pull Toy

Toy made by traditional Japanese toy craftsmen. As kokeshi craftsmen, this trade is handed down from generation to generation. It is of a man playing a drum. When pulled, he actually pounds on the drum. I have listed a brand new version of this same type of toy. This measure 4" x 2-3/4" x 3-1/4" high. The front wheel/wheels were missing. Toys of this nature either had a single thick wheel in the front or 2 large thin wheels attached to the sides in front. I had old wire and used a bead, which works fine. This can easily be removed. There is some paint fading and bleeding but it's in good condition for it's age (50's or perhaps older).
