Brocade Wrapped Daruma & Hime Dolls

Vintage Japanese Daruma and Hime (Princess Daruma) dolls wrapped in brocade. They measure 1-1/2" tall and the stand is 3" x 2".

I don't know what they are made out of. They seem lightweight but sturdy. The faces have a high gloss finish. The stand has cracks in the thick paint on the front edge and one side.
